Why We Decided To Create Inside The Listing
If you’ve been following us lately, you’ve probably seen us talking about our new show, Inside The Listing.
The idea for the show came from watching series like Owning Manhattan with Ryan Serhant and Selling Sunset. While those shows are entertaining, what stood out to me was the behind-the-scenes look at the business—the conversations, the challenges, the negotiations, and everything that happens that most people never get to see.
It got me thinking.
People see the photos, the videos, the sold signs, and the happy endings. What they don’t always see is everything that happens in between. The tough conversations. The strategy. The problem-solving. The stress. The setbacks. The victories.
Helping people buy or sell a home is one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make, and we wanted to show what that process really looks like.
That’s what inspired us to create Inside The Listing.
A Behind-The-Scenes Look At Local Real Estate
We wanted to pull back the curtain and show what real estate actually looks like in our corner of the world—not in New York, not in Los Angeles, but right here in Rockwood and the communities we proudly serve every day.
What makes the show unique is that it’s real.
Most of the filming happens during our normal workday and captures the actual conversations, meetings, challenges, and decisions we face every day. Whether a deal comes together, falls apart, or takes an unexpected turn, you’re seeing it unfold as it happens.
More Than Just Cameras
To be honest, taking on a project like this has been a lot more work than we expected.
Running a real estate team is already a full-time commitment, and adding a television-style production on top of that has pushed everyone outside their comfort zone.
Our entire team has played a role in bringing this project to life, but I’d especially like to recognize our editor, Brooklyn. She has spent countless hours sorting through footage, building storylines, editing episodes, and turning a pile of video clips into something people actually want to watch.
Without her creativity and dedication behind the scenes, this project simply wouldn’t exist.

The response so far has been incredible, and we’re grateful to everyone who has watched, commented, shared, and supported the project.
When we started this, we had no idea how people would respond. Seeing the community get behind it has been pretty special.
